Spectator Streams
The spectator stream mainly runs to showcase that TO is still alive and being actively played to anybody who searches Tactical Ops on YT.
It runs from a dedicated stream PC with an old Intel E5-2697 v2 12c/24T for the YT stream and GTX960 for the Twitch stream.
The smoothness of the spectator view is completely dependent on the "player view" received by the spectator client from the server, some players will be smooth and others feel like 10fps.
