TO Monster Gametypes
Most custom mutators/addons don't work on TO3.5, so to play Monsters it's recommended to play on TO3.4
TO3.4 Monster Gametypes
• TO Monster Attack (Works offline/online)
• TO Monster Attack 2 (Works offline/online)
• TO Monster Factory v6.1.07 (Works offline/online)
• PsY Monsters v2 (?)
TO3.5 Monster Gametypes
• ESEMonsters (Requires Server with TOST v4+)
Other Monster Gametypes / TO Versions
In theory some of the listed TO3.4 gametypes might work on TO3.5, but it's untested.
Same goes with all the other 15+ monsters mutators in the file archive, but most only work on older TO (UT99 Mod) versions.
Maps that Support Monsters
Only maps with bot pathnodes will spawn monsters across the map. A quick way to get those is to download the "TO-BotsDM-Mappack" or other Map Packs.
Download for Players
To play monsters offline in a Practice Session use the new TO3.4 Monster Pack that includes all 4 monster gametypes.
If you download the files below from the server section, they might not include the required .int files to run on a client for offline play.
To install them copy the System folder of the download into a TO340 installation.
Activate them from the Mutators button inside the Practice Session Window.
Configure Monster Mutators
Some monster mutators might create new .ini files such as TOMA.ini or psymonsterv2.ini, others might create new section in TacticalOps.ini
From there you can configure various settings of each monster gametype, an example is in TOMA.ini you can set StartAtLevel= higher to start in a higher more difficult round.
To find more detailed instructions of a monster mutator try searching for a readme in downloads below in the Server Downloads section.
It's untested if all of these work on TO and the list also includes "player bots".BabyCow
